Elizabeth in My Holiday Home

One more thing I love about my Holiday Home, is Elizabeth, the mannikin. This Christmas she has on her gorgeous black velvet full-length coat. It belonged to my husband's grandmother.

I have a few more pictures to post tomorrow, now I'm going to go visit some of the other wonderful participating Holiday Homes!
Please enjoy pictures of "What I love about my Holiday Home " below.......(click on them to enlarge)

My Mother's jewelry tree

My Mom made this from some of her vintage jewelry. I hang this every year, as it is filled with her Christmas spirit.

Coffee Table?

This is actually a lidded-round basket I bought in San Francisco around 1964.
The lid is slightly con-caved, and I put a piece of glass on top. I can display different items year around under the glass. Right now it is covered with gorgeous silk scarves that belonged to my husband's grandfather, and ties, (some with tie clasps) which belonged to my father.

Into the living room......

The wall opposite the fireplace, and behind the chairs is floor to ceiling mirrored.
The chairs multi-fabric matches the sofa with multi-fabric.

What I love in my holiday home, Dolls and Sparkles

Karla's cottage is hosting "What do you love about your holiday home". Please go to her blogsite and see many other beautiful homes decorated for the holidays. Thank you Karla for hosting this.
Growing up, I loved getting a doll for Christmas and looking at all the lights and all holiday decor. It was always a happy time for me. This year I decorated my dinning room with dolls and sparkles.
